Madz Wright (pre-license), CSWA

I’m so glad you’re here!

My role in the change process is to help you slow down. To offer supportive guidance as you rediscover and reconnect with what’s felt lost, unreachable, or overwhelming. This might be the knot in your stomach, or reaching for your partner(s)’ hands, the tears you haven’t cried, or simply remembering that you love the color yellow. Whatever it is, there is an aliveness and freedom in finding more safety in embodiment as we live in a culture that encourages staying numb and disconnected.

In our work together, we will build a more compassionate and curious relationship with the parts of you (distressed AND brilliant) that have been managing your suffering in this unruly world. As we explore insights and uncover patterns, you will learn to trust and celebrate your intuition, reconnect with your voice, and use it with confidence.

* I provide outdoor/nature based sessions in the gorge

I work with folks who may identify as:
– Members of the LGBTQ2+ Community
– People living with trauma
– Helpers, including social workers, educators, healthcare professionals, and first responders who may be experiencing vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, or moral injury
– Empaths
– BIPOC
-Women and marginalized genders

If any of this resonates with you, feel to reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consult. I look forward to meeting you!
