I primarily work with adults and also welcome teens and young adults. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 16 years in education as both a teacher and school counselor, giving me a strong understanding of the pressures young people and families face today.
My approach is depth-oriented and influenced by Jungian psychology. In therapy, we look beyond immediate problems to explore patterns, meaning, and the deeper emotional currents that shape our lives. I often work with adults navigating life transitions, burnout, relationship questions, or a sense that something in life needs to shift.
My goal is to offer a thoughtful, grounded space where clients feel understood and can move toward greater clarity, resilience, and alignment in their lives.
