Carrie Decker, ND

Carrie Decker, ND, graduated with honors in 2013 from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, one of the key U.S. institutions for naturopathic medical training. In 2026, she completed the extensive Integrative Psychiatry Institute certificate program, an advanced training in integrative approaches to mental health that included 125 hours of training from world-renowned leaders and top-tier experts. Dr. Decker also received massage training at the Oregon School of Massage and continues to take courses to expand her bodywork offerings.

Dr. Decker’s primary clinical focus is mental health, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and working with individuals in recovery from eating disorders as well as substance or alcohol use disorders. She enjoys working with individuals who are integrating psychedelic experiences or using GLP-1 medications as part of their journey toward meaningful, lasting behavioral and lifestyle changes. Counseling (with homeopathy as an adjunctive to support it) is a main focus of her practice when working with individuals experiencing mental/emotional imbalances, along with bodywork to support the somatic aspect of healing. Digestive health and nervous system balance are key to overall wellness and are often foundational components of care. She has a trauma-informed approach to care and meets patients where they are at on their journey.

Dr. Decker views the mind-body connection as an important part of holistic medicine and encourages patients to incorporate bodywork between naturopathic visits. Bodywork sessions she offers include massage, craniosacral therapy, visceral abdominal manipulation, and trauma-informed, patient-guided tissue work.
