My ideal client is someone who is seeking to grow as an individual, while navigating difficult life circumstance such as entering a new relationship, receiving a major health diagnosis, accepting the death of a loved one, or making a career move. From personal experience, I know that making a major change can be anxiety producing. My intent is to help you develop skills to reduce the anxiety and transition into that next, exciting phase of your life as smoothly as possible.. I work with adults 18-65+, drawing from a variety of life experiences in my work as a therapist. I accept Regence BCBS, Providence, and Aetna insurance as in-network, as well as provide a super bill for out-of-network claims.
