Hello! My name is Della, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon.
I help teens and adults learn how to observe their unhelpful behaviors and patterns, and get to the root cause of what blocks them from fulfillment. With compassion, mutual trust, and a little humor, let’s transform your life, and finally break out of the cycles that have held you back.
I offer psychotherapy with a mindfulness/cognitive approach, while teaching you to tap into the wisdom of your emotions’ helpful messages. ACT, CBT, and IFS are modalities I often utilize in session. I specialize in Adolescent Psychotherapy: ages 14 +. That said, adult clients have found success working with me as well.
Accepting new clients who are open to starting therapy with me via online video sessions. My in-person availability is currently full.
