I am a licensed therapist based in Hood River, offering depth-oriented psychotherapy for individuals and couples.
You may find yourself functioning well on the surface, while something underneath feels repetitive, stuck, or unresolved. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who are seeking something deeper than symptom relief alone—often around relationships, identity, or life transitions.
This work is less about fixing problems and more about understanding the patterns—often unconscious—that shape your inner and relational life.
Living in the Gorge, many of the people I work with are balancing full lives—work, family, and time outdoors. The pace and intensity of that rhythm can be sustaining, but also demanding. Our work often includes making space to reflect within that movement, rather than only pushing through it.
My work is grounded in a relational, intersubjective, psychodynamic approach, with a particular interest in Jungian and depth psychology. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we take time to slow down and make sense of your internal world—your thoughts, emotional responses, and the underlying patterns that shape your experience.
I aim to create a space that is steady, reflective, and grounded, where meaningful insight can emerge over time.
I offer both in-person sessions in Hood River and telehealth for clients located in Oregon (and California)
