Whether you’re seeking support individually, in relationship, or as a family, I offer a space rooted in curiosity, respect, and care. My approach is relational at its core: I believe well-being is shaped within the context of our connections, stories, and environments—and that meaningful change happens when we’re met with presence, not simply prescription.

I’m oriented by existential-humanistic and systemic ways of working, which means while I honor your relationship to diagnosis, I tend to be less concerned with specific diagnoses, orienting more to the space between us, to the questions that matter most to you, and to what becomes possible when we slow down and just stay with what’s real.

I don’t assume to know what healing will look like for you. There’s no single map for this work. What I offer instead is an evidence-informed, consistent, and thoughtful presence—with a willingness to explore what feels most alive, stuck, or unfinished in your story.

If you would like to schedule a free 30-minute consultation you can reach me through my website, or by the phone number and email listed above.
