I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering both individual and couples counseling. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and have advanced training in EFIT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals)
Individual Counseling: I help people with depression, anxiety, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, health challenges, emotional stress or distress, insomnia, adoption, and adult adoptee issues.
Couples Counseling: I help couples in distress deepen their connection to each other and to themselves. Together, we address unhealthy patterns and blocks to trust and intimacy that can lead to isolation, upset, and potential separation.
My approach is highly individualized, based on what’s most important to you and your goals. I offer a free consultation to help you decide if I am good fit for you.
