Emily Goodwin Martin, Mindfulness Coach

Emily Goodwin Martin
Mindfulness Coach

Mindfulness Coaching: I work individually (kids, teens, adults) and with groups (families, corporate and non-profit employees) to teach mindfulness meditation and other personal wellness tools. I bring secular and spiritual elements to my teaching, such as Western scientific thought and Buddhist principles. I can adapt my teaching to serve a variety of audiences. I’ve spent the last six years teaching science and meditation to high school students.

Work with me in personal session(s) to bring more presence and vitality to your life. I bring somatic processing, deep listening, opportunities to change your story, and tools to develop a meaningful personal mindfulness practice. See if I’m is a good fit by booking a free consultation.

As a working mother, I know first-hand the hardships of parenting, the energetic exhaustion from the grind of daily life, and the perseverance required to wake up each morning with the intention to be your best self once again for your kids and the world. I enjoy working with the entire family to bring presence and calm into the household.

Would you like to offer something special to your employees to help them feel more supported and inspired? I offer guided meditations, deep relaxation sessions, and facilitated mindfulness classes and retreats for corporate and non-profit team wellness. Opportunities include zoom or in-person sessions.

I am training to be a lay Buddhist minister through the Mt. Adams Buddhist Temple and graduated from the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I am certified to teach Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku, through the Mt. Adams Buddhist Temple. My meditations can be found on my teacher page on Insight Timer.
