Hello! I’m Molly. I offer a holistic and comprehensive approach to lasting pain relief. We all deserve to feel empowered and at ease in our own body. In my experience we have the capacity to achieve that (even as we age) with the right guidance and support.
My speciality is in helping each person understand their symptoms and the causes more clearly so they can do what is needed with confidence to stop persistent pain. I bring a variety of neuro-somatic techniques proven to be highly successful for reducing or eliminating pain. Through these practices anyone can learn to release unconscious patterns of stress and tension and create the ease, flexibility and resiliency needed for a pain free life. After many years as a practitioner working only in movement I shifted to this integrative, mindbody approach because it’s powerful and effective. It is backed by the latest in pain research and neuroscience and works even when nothing else has.
I am a Guild Certified Practitioner in The Feldenkrais Method® with 10+ years. And I’ve been there. I myself no longer suffer from chronic migraines or pain and I understand how to get down to key details.
