I would like to share a little bit about my practice. I have been working as a psychologist for 30 years and in the gorge or the past 25 years. I am currently seeing adults and children ages 6-10. The majority of people I see are dealing with types of anxiety, depression or trauma. My approach includes mindfulness, EMDR, supportive cognitive behavioral therapy along with other approaches depending on the issues being addressed. Currently I am on panel with Regence blue cross, Moda, Pacific Source, Providence and Aetna. Please be aware, there are many different plans for each company. A provider might be on panel with your insurance company but not the specific plan you have chosen, therefore it is important to check with your insurance to be sure services are covered.
