Leaning into your struggles honestly takes a unique blend of
courage and humility. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, difficult transitions or the weight of unresolved trauma, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s connect to explore the next steps in your growth and healing journey.
With over 40 years of experience in the mental health and human services field, I am a tenacious yet compassionate counselor committed to personal, holistic healing and growth; including physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual.
I specialize in treating a variety of mental health concerns, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders through a holistic lens—incorporating modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), variations of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and coaching for brain health.
Throughout my career I have balanced direct clinical practice with significant leadership roles. I have served as a Clinical Supervisor/Manager for dual-diagnosis programs and have been an Affiliate Faculty member at Colorado Christian University. I am currently the Executive Director of a local non-profit CORE (www.core-co.org). I integrate a pastor’s heart for those who want to explore how their spirituality intersects with the entirety of their lives, including their current struggles.
