I am an independently licensed clinician practicing in Oregon and Washington for a small telehealth practice that also offers medication management services. I reside in White Salmon and have extensive experience with athletes, guides and first responders. I obtained my clinical training in Jackson, Wyoming in a high-acuity environment that included crisis intervention and hospital-based psychiatric assessments that provided broad and intensive clinical exposure across presentations and levels of care.
Clinically, I have shifted from the CBT-centered framework of graduate training toward somatic and bottom-up modalities. My current current practice emphasizes helping patients identify and tolerate difficult emotions and applies an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens, I am also EMDR trained and enjoy working with attachment and trauma wounds.
